The corrugated plate is glued with a seal, the seal is designed as a double seal structure, and has a signal hole. Comparing to other types of heat Exchanger, plate heat exchangers have a larger surface area. They are composed of a number of thin metal plates compressed together. The gasket is attached to the heat transfer plate with forms flow channel and acts seal up the fluid. Different materials have different channels and in their respective flow path alternately. They won't leak to the outside. The number of the heat transfer plate is determined according to the amount of fluid, physical properties of the fluid, pressure drop, and thermal condition. Each plate is corrugated to increase the maximum heat transfer area.
