Plate-fin Air Heat Exchanger (Coil )
dvanced mechanical expansion tube and arc corrugation sheet with double flanged aluminum-finned sheets are adopted in plate-fin air heat exchanger. Mechanical expansion tube makes copper tube come into close contact with aluminum-finned sheet; arc corrugation can promote turbulent flow of fluid, destruct boundary layer of air, and raise heat transfer coefficient. Advanced structural form as well as reasonably-designed water travel, tube pass and spacing between sheets provide the following features of the heat exchanger: good heat transfer performance, small air resistance, compact structure and light weight, etc.
This product has been extensively applied in air conditioning, cooling, dehumidifying and heating projects. As an ideal supporting product for the updated air draught unit and air processor, it can also be connected to air tube for independent utilization for a cooling or heating purpose.
