Description:
Air to Air Heat Exchanger is a newly type Air Heat Exchanger used for waste heat recovery ,high
temperature gas utilization in power plant , glass industry ,and boiler plant.The air radiator is a main
device of the heat exchangers using a cold medium and a heat medium for air cooling or heating. It
can heat air if fed with high-temperature water, steam or heat transfer oil, or cool air if fed with salt
water, so it is extensively used in the warm-air heating, air-conditioning, cooling, condensing,
dehumidifying and drying in fields such as light industry, architecture, chemical industry, machinery,
textile, printing and dyeing, electronics, food, pharmaceutical industry, metallurgy, wood, plastics,
rubber, etc.
SRZ air heater can be used for the air heating purpose of both steam systems and hot water
systems. It is mainly used for the air heating of warm-air heating system, air-conditioning systems
and drying devices. As a main part of air heating devices, it is widely used in the heating and
ventilation systems of the large buildings of present industrial and mining enterprises.
The heat medium of the air radiator may be steam, hot water or heat transfer oil. The operating
pressure of steam is 0.2 MPa to 1.6MPa; the temperatures of hot water and heat transfer oil are
about 70ºC to 150ºC and 160ºC to 300ºC respectively.
The SRZ air radiator consists essentially of three rows of spiral finned tube bundles .The finned
tubes are all made up of seamless steel tubes (¢21×2mm) wound with creasing steel strips
(15×0.4mm) and arranged spirally and have three kinds of intervals including 5 mm ("D" for big), 6
mm ("Z" for intermediate and 8 mm ( "X" for small)).
The SRZ air radiator is characterized by compact structure, nice appearance, easy installation and
management and high durability. It is applicable to the heating based on centralized air supply and
local heating and other purposes as well.

Rolling-type Air Heat Exchanger
Advanced steel-aluminum composite technology is adopted in rolling-type air heat exchanger which is featured by compact combination, small thermal resistance, strong heat transfer performance, small flow loss, good anti-corrosive performance, remote possibility for distortion under long-term cold/hot working conditions, and long service life, etc.
Materials: Carbon steel-aluminum rolled sheet, stainless steel-aluminum rolled sheet and steel tube-aluminum rolled sheet.
Coiling-type Air Heat Exchanger
Coiling-type air heat exchanger features compact structure, aesthetic appearance, easy installation, convenient management and long service life. It is applicable to centralized air-supply heating, local heating or other purposes.
Materials: Carbon steel coiled sheet and stainless steel coiled sheet.
High-frequency Welding Air Heat Exchanger
High-frequency welding air heat exchanger has been extensively applied in such industries as petrifaction, power plant, power plant modification, air conditioning & refrigeration, boiler, finned-type coal saver and air preheater.
The finned tube in high-frequency welding air heat exchanger is made by coiling band steel around plate fin and firmly soldering plate fin onto finned tube through using high-frequency welding process, which can ensure intensity of combination between finned tube and plate fin. Featuring high intensity, resistance to thermal vibration and mechanical vibration, good thermal expansion performance, large cooling surface and long service life, it has a wide range of applicable temperature, endurance of high pressure and other features.
